Understanding the Anatomy & Physiology of the Nail Plate

“Understanding the Anatomy & Physiology of the Nail Plate is a difficult topic so today we were trying a different approach to embed the knowledge of the function and structure of the Nail”.  We made a giant nail, and students were given a different part which they had to run and stand on to show their understanding of the structure.  They then had to explain the function of their part.  The winner at the end of the activity was Danja Rajab (10A).”  - Mrs Pignatelli
