Year 9 Netball Team

On Tuesday 29th September, our Year 9 netball team took to the court for their latest round of league fixtures, competing against MHCH and Hendon in an exciting three-team tournament.

The girls opened their campaign against MHCH in a closely contested match. Despite some determined defending and attacking play, Copthall narrowly missed out on the win, with the game finishing 5–3 to MHCH.

Undeterred by their opening result, the team regrouped and approached their second fixture against Hendon with renewed focus and determination. Their resilience paid off as they secured a fantastic 4–3 victory in another tightly fought contest!

Throughout both matches, the girls demonstrated excellent teamwork, communication and perseverance, supporting one another and maintaining a positive attitude on court.

A huge well done to everyone involved for representing Copthall with pride. We look forward to seeing the team continue to develop and build on their performances throughout the league season.
