Author Michelle Harrison visiting Copthall on World Book Day

As part of the library World Book Day Celebrations author Michelle Harrison will be visiting our school on Wednesday 4th March 2020.  She will be delivering an assembly for year 7 and year 8 girls, followed by a book signing session.

Miss Harrison has written six novels for children and young adults, and her work has been translated into sixteen languages. Her first book, ‘The Thirteen Treasures’, won the Waterstones' Children's Book Prize.

I’m sure the girls will find her truly inspirational and enjoy the event.

Copies of her latest books ‘A Pinch of Magic’ and the sequel ‘A Sprinkle of Sorcery’ can now be purchased through ParentPay or the library and cost £7.20 each.  The girls can have these autographed by Miss Harrison on the day.
