Parya Y., has said "during the Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge, I've learnt a lot more about the people I talk to every day, and the people I've never spoken to in my life. The subjects that were discussed were not common topics in the conversations we've had, but the challenge gave us an opportunity to speak about whatever we wanted, without being judged". She adds, that "Participating in the Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge has definitely made me more confident in speaking professionally in front of people who I am very close to and in front of strangers".
