A level sociology 'A Level' trip to UCL

Year 12 and 13 sociology students were given the opportunity to experience a day as a university student. They spent the day in UCL, hearing a range of lectures from prominent sociologists such as Stephen Ball and Louise Archer. Topics explored included:

-looking into experiences of education for resettled Afghan young people.

-understanding working class femininity and the impact on their education 

And many more!

It was a great day and sparked some interesting conversations that students will be able to apply in their A Level studies going forward.
