World Book Day 2025

All students in years 7-9 were issued with their World Book Day vouchers and lots came to the library to exchange these for the special World Book Day books we had available. Students can also use these at bookshops if they prefer to get £1 off any book of their choice, both Waterstones and WH Smith in Brent Cross are participating in the scheme.

The bookmark competition again proved very popular with some really artistic designs submitted. A number of students also entered the national competition to design a book voucher card.

Students using the library at lunchtime were excited to see so many of their teachers dressed as famous book characters!
