Chairman of Barts Charity visits Copthall School
Posted on: 12/06/2018Paul Rawlinson, Chairman of Barts Charity, an organisation which helps support Barts Trust and the School of Medicine and Dentistry in providing healthcare to 2.6 million people in the East end of London visited Copthall School to deliver a Q&A talk to Year 12 and Year 10 students. The talk is part of the lecture series for Sixth Form students to enrich and expand their cultural, social and general knowledge, alongside the post 18 programme that prepares them for life beyond education.
Nabeeha Toufiq, a prospective Medicine student commented that the talk was “very engaging, the tips provided were relevant and very specific… it was fantastic to have someone who has had real life experience to give insightful and applied information to aid us in our careers”.
