Spain Tour Diary - Updated 20th June
Posted on: 20/06/2018Last night we played the Logo board game and discovered that Miss Ramsey really does not like losing! Miss Rensch and Ms Sheridan headed up the winning team!
Today we visited the Altamira caves and gained a fascinating insight into the Palaeolithic Age. We then headed got ourselves lost in the Villapresente maze - this 5,000 Square KM maze is Spain's largest maze. Well done to Paris, Maabena, Arlinda and Kaiesha who were out first! The group then enjoyed some free time shopping and having lunch in Comillas. This town is one of Cantabria's most symbolic and interesting places from an architectural point of view and has some important Art Nouveau buildings, including Gaudi's Capricho. Afterwards, we headed to Comillas beach to enjoy a paddle in the sea and ice creams.
