Franklin Scholars Celebration Ceremony

Throughout the year, our Year 10 Franklin Scholars have been working each week with their Year 7 mentees.  They have focused on literacy skills, providing support and building confidence through both one-to-one mentoring and group activities.  The students were invited last Friday along with other schools involved in the programme to a  Celebration Ceremony held at Wesley’s Chapel, London.  All students were nominated for a particular strength, either adventure, balance, collaboration or discipline, and they will all be receiving a certificate.  Well done particularly to Yusra M., 10C and Mahado K., 7C who addressed the audience with confidence and humour about their experiences this year.
