Read4Barnet Reading Challenge

Eighteen of our girls attended the Read4Barnet annual reading challenge, at Wren Academy on Thursday 27^th June, along with 8 other secondary schools. The challenge required the girls to read books from the selected shortlist and write reviews.

On the day they attended presentations from two of the authors, they then had the opportunity to meet all the authors, ask questions, collect autographs and vote for their favourite author. This was followed by a quiz.

The day finished with an awards ceremony and I am delighted to say that the following girls won prizes for their book reviews:

Our girls also won a prizes for the quiz. The winning team comprised of:

It was an enjoyable day and the girls behaved impeccably.
